For the past year I've been recovering from lower back pain and nothing seemed to really help it.

Working out with Jay has been a great experience. He makes working out fun, interesting, and best of all, with results!

The best part of training with him is that you never perform the same workout twice - there is always something new that he will challenge you with. Within a few weeks of strength training under his guidance, I was stronger, fitter, and had more energy. And for the first time in my life, I have muscle definition!

Jody and I met Jay over nine months ago. At that time Jody and I had different goals in mind. Jody wanted to gain muscle and I like most other women wanted to lose weight and tone.

We both thought, how could we work out together, motivate each other and accomplish "opposite objectives" at the same time? Well that is exactly what Jay helped us do. Jody has gained 12 lbs of muscle, and I have lost weight, toned, and am seeing muscle definition that I have never seen in my life!

Jay ensures that every session is designed with both of our objectives in mind. He keeps our sessions interesting and challenging. We enjoy our workouts so much. This is the longest Jody and I have ever stuck to a program. Thanks Jay!
